The former Fábrica Simões & Cª Lda. began operating in 1907 and was one of the largest manufacturing enterprises in Portugal.
This factory became one of the most important knitwear factories in the Iberian Peninsula, introducing innovative, imported technology to Portugal for designing textile production machinery.
New facilities were inaugurated in 1921 at n.º11, Avenida Gomes Pereira, in Benfica. The original Fábrica Simões & Cª Lda employed over 1500 workers and played a key role in the development of its staff and services, and within the parish of Benfica itself.

Click & Collect is a system created in partnership with the Portuguese Post Office (CTT) to create a locker system for the exclusive use of FÁBRICA 1921 residents.
With this system residents can receive all orders online and manage them via cell phone.

With the aim of improving the life experience of future residents, a mobile App was developed for iOS & Android that integrates all relevant information pertaining to the FÁBRICA 1921 condominium.
With this App, future residents will be able to reserve the use of common spaces, easily communicate with the condo team and manage the delivery of orders online.
